Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping through Royal mail, Royal mail international and other courier services.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping: We ship internationally, but please be aware that additional customs fees or taxes may apply. The customer is responsible for all import taxes and duties.

Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be messaged to you once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Custom orders and sale items and those with a percentage off are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom Work: We are happy to accept custom orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs. Custom orders may require additional processing time and are non-refundable.

Adopt-A-Sheep

This is a purchase of a product from Broadstone Rare Breeds.

Each "Adopt-a-Sheep" package lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Renewals for another term must be purchased separately and are not automatic. If we have an up to date and valid email address for you we will invite you to renew.

Each adoption includes the specific benefits listed in your chosen package (e.g., personalized adoption certificate, seasonal updates, pictures, etc.). We will need an valid and up to date email address for you to receive a newsletter about your chosen adopted sheep.

Adoption materials, such as certificates and photos, will be delivered via postal mail or email within of purchase. We will notify you once the purchase has been made. Please contact us to enquire.

Personalized items, such as certificates, will be prepared according to the information provided at checkout. Please ensure names and other details are entered accurately.

No refunds or exchanges are available on personalized items unless an error was made on our part.

As these are personalized packages, refunds are not available once an order is confirmed.

If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

In the event that the sheep becomes unwell or unavailable for updates, we will contact you to arrange alternative options.

Benefits are intended for personal use only and should not be distributed, reproduced, or resold.

Please note that NO ownership rights of the sheep, their management or farm property are transferred through this adoption.

Top tier adoptions are invited to visit their adopted sheep ONCE , for ONE hour at a mutually convenient time. The person named on the adoption certificate can bring ONE other person to visit.

Product Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or size may occur. We believe these variations add to the uniqueness of each item.

Allergies: Please note that our products are made using natural wool , wood, nickel, pigment dyes , crystals, nylon, organza, and other materials and may not be suitable for individuals with certain allergies. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
